Hi, I'm Stacey, the owner of Pine Dog Property Management.

For the past three years, I've helped managed three busy vacation rentals and oversee the large residential property where I live. Through that experience, I've learned that successful property management is about more than maintenance and logistics—it's about communication, attention to detail, and giving owners confidence that someone is looking out for their investment. And that I’m quite good at it.

That's what inspired me to expand and offer home watch, concierge, and vacation rental services to other homeowners throughout Mid-coast Maine.

And yes, the dog in the photo is the inspiration behind the name. While he's not officially on the payroll, he's an excellent greeter, quality-control supervisor, and treat enthusiast.

When you can't be here, I'll be here—helping make sure your home is cared for as if it were my own.
